Didn't Notice Any Results But Good Advice in General

My father and I tried this diet out for 4 months. I am type B and he is type A. We bought the recipe book, the main book and this book. We were VERY dedicated and did not notice anything. He has fibromyalgia and joint issues and thought this might help but he found no change at all. I have various annoying things that I was hoping this diet would maybe help even show glimpses of helping and I didn't notice anything either. It does remind me to make good choices, balance, and be aware of what I am eating so that was at least helpful!!
