A MUST-READ FOR ALL OCD SUFFERERS!

My friend bought this for me for my birthday. If she hadn't gotten it for me, I would never have touched another book about OCD. I tried reading some other ones, but I found them to be depressing with no real solutions. They seemed to elaborate more on the symptoms, which triggered and made my OCD worse. Dr. Grayson is a true OCD genius. He talks directly to you in a compassionate and understanding way. The book teaches you how to set up your own recovery program. I have never heard anyone describe OCD the way he does. You will develop a better understanding of yourself. I never thought anyone would be able to tell me anything new about OCD that I didn't already know, but he has. For someone who has received no professional help in 17 years of suffering, this book has been a source of hope. I highly recommend this book to anyone with OCD, especially to those of you who are skeptical like I was before I picked it up!

Clear path to recovery

The author presents a very clear outline of a self-help treatment plan that can be used by anyone in their struggle with OCD. Beahvioral-cognitive techniques are described as well as the role of medication. The opening descriptions of the disorder can be a good tool in trying to educate others about OCD, and the sections about how to set up a self-directed recovery plan are very clear and concise. The tone is caring and the author seems to understand what it feels like to have OCD as well as how to treat it from a therapist's point of view. I especially found the section on cognitive techniques very helpful, as the author describes how to use them correctly.

This is best one for OCD. It has explained the orgin and nature of OCD...The answer lies in the question - - THis is what OCD is about.The author discusses several cognitive techniques but also warns not to use some cognitive techniques. He selectively picks up best ones to fit OCD problem.
Also discusses Responsibilty ocd, pure 'O' ocd problem. Lot of techniques tailored for specific forms of OCD.

Elizabeth Finds Love Amidst Werewolf Madness in 18th Century Germany

I very much enjoyed AWAITING THE MOON, a gothic paranormal romance by Donna Lea Simpson. This was the first book I've read by the author, and I was impressed by her characterization and plotting, as well as her easy-to-read writing style. The gist of the story is that young Elizabeth leaves her homeland of England, reputation in tatters, to become a tutor to a young countess in Germany in the year 1795. Once there, she discovers herself insatiably attracted to Count Nikolas von Wolfram, the head of a troubled family and a man of many secrets.

Elizabeth was a delightful heroine in that she was both self-conscious, yet courageous, with both a strong backbone and sharp intelligence. Plus, her forward nature and natural curiosity are both her biggest strengths and greatest weaknesses, as she well knows. She is not a character who needs a man to do everything for her, nor is she the type of heroine who stupidly stumbles into trouble every five seconds, needing saving. I liked reading about her, and I liked how she dealt with her feelings for Nikolas and his family.

Nikolas was also a good hero. He was dark and brooding, but he wasn't a jerk-off and the secrets he kept were good secrets, nothing to make me roll my eyes about. I also liked the way he handled Elizabeth in that he was straightforward (except for his secrets, of course) and respectful. He was also a very creative bed partner, and I thought the love scenes in this book much more sexy and refreshing than the same-ol', same-ol' you read about in other romances.

Germany as a setting was a great choice, too, for this was the first romance I ever read that had Germans in the lead and dealt with German issues and culture. I loved it.

That said, there were a few negatives about the book, but nothing major. One, the author's phrasing and diction were awkward at times, and I wondered if it was so formal because she was trying for a gothic effect. Also, there are a lot of characters in this book, and I found myself trying to remember who was who at a couple points. Oh well.

Regardless, I enjoyed the book immensely and read it in one setting, refusing to go to bed until I'd finished it. The storyline was intriguing and mysterious, and the supernatural part kicked in just when I started to wonder if I had tricked myself into thinking - just like Elizabeth - that there were logical (and not paranormal) reasons why things were happening the way they were.

I highly recommend this book. By the way, it has a sequel called AWAITING THE NIGHT. Also, if you are interested in other gothic paranormals, GENTLE FROM THE NIGHT and THE WOLF OF HASKELL HALL are also nice reads.

fast-paced historical romantic suspense

In 1795 Englishwoman Lady Elizabeth Stanwycke journeys to Wolfram Castle in Germany to become a tutor to Charlotte, niece to Count Nikolas von Wolfram, as she has nothing else. Near the estate she notices a man chasing a woman in the woods, but her escort, Katrina Leibren, insists they not stop and tells her to forget what she saw.

At the castle, she meets her new employer, his two sisters and an uncle as well as the visiting Count Delacroix. Elizabeth soon finds herself wondering what is going on as she hears strange noises and witnesses eerie events. The weirdest is her growing feeling for Nikolas, who at times is coldly aloof while on other occasions, is passionate as if he feels the heat between them. Still unable to resist the mystery of the occupants of Wolfram Castle and especially the wolf-like howling just outside, Elizabeth begins to investigate not realizing how dangerous that is to her well being including her heart.

AWAITING THE MOON is a fast-paced historical romantic suspense that will keep the audience wondering whether the sub-genre is gothic or supernatural. The key element to Donna Lea Simpson's clever prose is whether a werewolf is running loose in Germany and if so is that creature Nikolas? Elizabeth as she falls in love with her employer ponders which is worse; that he is a murderous shapeshifter or that he is a homicidal lunatic. Fans of either sub-genre will treasure this strong Regency era thriller.

A new remarkable author!

This book was a bit of a slow starter for me and I almost gave up. Wow am I glad I stuck it out through all the thick gothic

plot and character development! The romance was subtly, lovingly and erotically handled with such delicate sensuality--I'm definitely putting this book in my keeper stack. Seldom are characters in romance genre given such time to develop a complex, loving and erotic relationship and written in manner that allows an authentic building of feelings. Then the paranormal aspects are sprinkled over this deep sensual relationship just towards the end. I stayed up until 2 am to revel in this deeply romantic novel and reflecting on it the next day kept my energy up. Take a chance on this one!

Charles Henderson is a veteran of more than twenty-three years in the United States Marine Corps, with a distinguished career spanning from Vietnam to the Gulf War, after which he retired as a Chief Warrant Officer. In addition to writing his own books and for various publications, he runs his family's cattle enterprise in Peyton, Colorado. His first book was critically acclaimed military classic Marine Sniper. He is also the author of Silent Warrior, the continuing story of Carlos Hathcock, and Marshalling the Faithful.

Incredible Story of the life of Charles Hathcock

This is an excellent book about the Vietnam war, the Marine Sniper Program and an American hero Carlos Hathcock. I enjoyed it immensely. The author detailed many missions and battles Carlos was involved in. Carlos was the quintessential sniper and saved many American lives with his sniper skills and his heroic actions on a burning Marine vehicle during a mission. Thank you Carlos Hathcock for your extraordinary service and to Charles Henderson for putting it together in a most memorable book!

The Texas Rangers have alternately been described as "fearless men of sterling character" and "ruthless, brutal, and more lawless than the criminals they pursued." The truth, says Robert M. Utley in Lone Star Justice, "lies somewhere in between the extremes." The Rangers got their start in 1823, and for half a century they were "citizen soldiers periodically mobilized to fight Indians or Mexicans." They were professionalized in 1874, when they became lawmen employed by the state of Texas. Utley summarizes their colorful history under the leadership of figures like Jack Hays and Ben McCulloch. They came to national attention during the Mexican War, when they fought with distinction under Zachary Taylor at Monterey and also served as scouts throughout northern Mexico. As lawmen, they were noted for apprehending fugitives (the murdering outlaw John Wesley Hardin fell to one of their bullets) and controlling mobs, but they were less successful at putting bad guys behind bars (a problem that the author blames on "a defective criminal justice system"). Complicating the traditional portrait of the Texas Rangers as a unified force battling anyone who threatened the territory, republic or state of Texas, Utley's 13th book on Western history identifies two distinct Ranger populations. The first group, which thrived from 1832 to 1874, included ragtag citizen-soldiers who worked for brief stints and saw rangering as a chance to battle Indians or Mexicans "and then come back home." The second group, however, "drew from and molded a different order of men." These rangers, known after 1901 as the Ranger Force, evolved into career lawmen who practiced greater discipline, professionalism and accountability; they were more likely to encounter train robbers, labor strikes and vigilante mobs than Comanche horse thieves (Utley will cover this second era in a promised second volume). Utley (The Lance and the Shield) employs this previously unexplored difference to evaluate the competing images of the Texas Rangers. While older histories by Walter Prescott Webb and T.R. Fehrenbach maintain "the bright legend" of the Rangers as men endowed with "sterling traits" who did no wrong, more recent "revisionist" writings by folklorists and Chicano scholars offer a vision of the Texas Rangers as "brutal, lawless" men who indiscriminately slaughtered Indians and Mexicans. Utley's careful portrayal of the Texas Rangers' evolution from citizen-soldiers to Old West lawmen reveals the weaknesses and ulterior motives within the scholarly debate over the Rangers' legacy and offers a clear-eyed view of the Rangers themselves. In the past century, the Texas Rangers have been both revered and reviled. Admirers saw a generally fair and very efficient law-enforcement agency; detractors saw it riddled with racism and brutalization of minorities. Utley, one of our most prolific and respected Western historians, provides a balanced, objective view in his second, concluding volume tracing the history of the Rangers. Readers expecting a bashing of the Rangers will be disappointed. Utley acknowledges that many officers did act outrageously during the early stages of the Mexican Revolution, from approximately 1910 to 1915. The Mexican border then was fluid, chaotic, and violent, and Mexicans on both sides of the border were imbued with revolutionary fervor. In response, some Rangers regularly acted with scant regard for the rights of Mexican or Mexican American citizens. For the most part, Utley describes an organization that coped effectively with challenges ranging from Depression-era bootleggers to right-wing extremist militia groups. Best Book Ever on the Early History of the Texas Rangers

Having just read Utley's second volume on the rangers, Lone Star Lawmen (I read this book when it came out), and found it a worthy sequel to this one, excellent in every way, I decided to see what Amazon readers had said about the first volume, Lone Star Justice. It appears that some folks don't like giving up cherished myth and folklore in favor of real history. And there are one or two who have well-formed PC prejudices against the Rangers, and are equally unhappy when presented with real history; they are like those who condemn an actor for portraying a villain (so to those I say, if you don't like the Rangers, don't take it out on Utley; he's not one, he just tells their story, and it is unfortunate that the truth does not conform to your suppositions). Those readers who appreciate accurate history, well written and meticulously documented, have given Lone Star Justice five stars. So do I. This is an excellent book, rigorously accurate, always interesting, full of dramatic incidents and memorable characters arrayed in their context. If you are interested in the history of Texas, the West, law enforcement, or just a good read, you'll enjoy this book. Better yet, get the set--Lone Star Justice and Lone Star Lawmen, and follow the history from beginning to the present.

The men who wore the (lone) star

Like all frontiers, Texas, from its earliest days, attracted its share of "adventurers, speculators, scoundrels, thieves, and refugees from debt, the sheriff, or a shrewish wife." But what made it unique among American frontiers was the raiding horse-Indian tribes who swept down out of the Panhandle and New Mexico (and, even after Annexation, seemed unable to understand that "Texans" and "Americans" were one and the same) and the Mexican raiders--some with official sanction, others merely civilian opportunists--who repeatedly made incursions across the Rio Grande. To meet these, as early as 1823, one Lt. Moses Morrison (who conferred his rank isn't explained) "mustered a force of 10 men," described as "paid volunteers to serve as militia till harvest called them to their fields." By 1826 Austin's colony alone consisted of six militia districts, though Utley admits there's no evidence that his written plans for "ranging units" ever came to fruition. But with the introduction of the Paterson Colt five-shooter, and its proof in battle at Walker Creek in 1844, the Texas Rangers came into their own as defenders of the settlers against enemies red and brown.

In an adaptation of the Carlylean "great men" theory of history, Utley tells the story of the corps primarily by way of its captains, many great, some not so very. He shows how the Rangers proved themselves against the Indians and (in Republican days) the Mexicans, came to national prominence through their service in the Mexican War, supplemented the inadequate and often ineffectual efforts of the US Army to protect the people of the Lone Star State, took over frontier defense altogether in the chaotic years of the Civil War, and then, after 1874, became an official arm of law enforcement--in effect the very first example of what we know today as "state police"--and in that capacity dealt with feudists, fence-cutters, outlaws, renegade Indians out of the Nations, and still Mexicans. The one great omission in his story (and he admits his notes contained many stories that never made it to the final draft) lies in the fact that, as above mentioned, early Texas was a sanctuary for lawless Anglos as well as a target for non-white troubles--possibly more of one than any other similar region, being for over two decades either a Mexican possession or an independent republic, where US law's writ didn't run and American officers couldn't function; I don't doubt that many of these (in effect) early outlaws made their share of mischief in antebellum Texas (fans of Laramie: Season 1, for example, will recall Jess Harper's story of "the Bannister gang" that deprived him of his family in the year 1860), yet the book includes nothing about Ranger efforts (if any) to deal with them, which is why I give it only four stars. (It's possible there are other volumes around that remedy this discrepancy, but I haven't read them yet; if and when I do, I may have something to say about them.) Still, I found it a valuable and informative book and plan to add it to my personal library at the first opportunity.

Too tired to exercise, or, for that matter, do much of anything other than work or sleep? Most people think that's just an inevitable and depressing consequence of growing older, but Hanley, medical director of the Malibu Health Center, says it's not so. Hanley offers a program aimed at relieving "Adrenal Burnout," an all-too-common hazard of today's fast-paced, stressful life, whose symptoms include weight gain, exhaustion and irritability. As a way of categorizing people into specific types "driven," "burned out," "perfectionist" the author offers case histories along with a questionnaire, which readers can use to diagnose themselves. Once they identify their symptoms, they can adopt Hanley's 10-step program, which includes eating frequently, exercising less (though he does encourage yoga), getting more sleep and taking vitamin supplements. Hanley also offers healthy recipes (some of which sound a little distasteful, like Dreamsicle Tofu Power Drink), accompanied by tips on "good fats" (butter, cheese) and "bad fats" (corn oil, non-dairy creamer), stress-relieving breathing techniques, effective herbal supplements and more. Hanley's program isn't revolutionary, and much of it isn't even original, like "detox" days, fasts to jump-start a diet or getting more sleep. Some of his advice avoiding excessive exercise, for instance is just plain common sense. Still, the book's suggestions are sound, and readers amenable to self-examination will find this book helpful. (On sale date: Apr. 23) Forecast: An appealing title, along with a 30-city tour, should yield brisk initial sales for the book. After that, the book's success will depend on endorsements and media attention.

Avoiding Adrenal Burnout and Recovering From It

Adrenal burnout is one of those afflictions that few people have ever heard of, and few doctors test for it. As a result, most of those who have the problem are walking around feeling tired and do not know the reason. The only way to determine if you have adrenal burnout is to be tested for it. If you do have this condition, this book will be very helpful to you.
I discovered that I had adrenal burnout by accident, during testing for another condition. Other than telling me that I had it, my health advisor was not able to offer much other advice except to increase the essential fatty acids in my diet. I wish this book had been available then. I'm sure that I would have recovered much more rapidly!
Adrenal burnout is caused by many factors, most of which are related to stress. You can also increase the likelihood of having this condition by the amount of caffeine you consume. Basically, it is easy to become addicted to an exciting lifestyle where every event gets you charged up. Unfortunately, you then need more excitement to keep you charged up. Like a drug addict, you want more and more, and your body gets more and more tired as you do more and more.
Don't assume that you have adrenal burnout, just because you are tired all of the time. Clinical depression, certain types of yeast infections, low thyroid levels, kidney problems, heart disease, and even allergies can bring on similar symptoms -- as well as more serious illnesses. If you are tired all the time though, be sure that you get checked out thoroughly until you find the cause. I suggest going to a clinic for a complete work-up. Most general practitioners and internists will probably not succeed in diagnosing you.
Once you have been diagnosed as having this condition, you should take the test in this book to see how severe your need for recovery is. Then, you can follow the suggestions for that level of issue. I was surprised to find myself in the Dragging category, despite my best efforts to avoid putting stress on my adrenal system. I followed the advice here, and immediately felt better.
The solutions fall into these categories:
1. Eat more frequently, and with a focus on unprocessed whole foods in a balanced diet. Avoid sugars and flour!
2. Exercise regularly and moderately.
3. Do things to calm your nervous system like yoga and meditation.
4. Sleep more.
5. Stop taking stimulants.
6. Take food supplements that offer more vitamins and minerals.
7. Do deep breathing exercises.
8. Use detoxifying diets from time to time.
9. Be sure to have fun every day.
10. Cultivate a sense of self-fullfillment that includes treating yourself as well as you treat others.
I had two objections to the book. First, the advice often goes counter to studies that I have read about health. You are encouraged to take in lots of cholesterol from food, for example, by eating eggs. Now, my understanding is that your body can produce all the cholesterol you need by simply eating a balanced diet. So this didn't make sense to me. The advice about magnets also went counter to studies I had read.
Second, the diet advice is not specialized by blood type. The advice in Live Right 4 Your Type is probably more appropriate in this area, for that reason. I have questions about many of the recipes in the back, as a result.
I know of no other book that deals with adrenal burnout, so this is the gold standard for now. I look forward to reading more about Dr. Hanley's work as she writes more on this subject in the future.
By the way, the book provides the information you need to order adrenal tests on your own if you would like to be tested.
After you finish this book, I suggest that you think about the fact that you cannot help others if your own health is not based on a sturdy foundation. Be sure to keep a balance in who you give to and how much, so that you can give the most in the long run!

Absolutely the best for those with burned out adrenals!

Two and a half years ago I had surgery after having gone through some extreme stress. Since that time, my body has not even been close to the same. While I have found some ways to help my body recover, it has been most difficult. If only I had this book then! Over and over again it answers questions about what my body has gone through and why. Better yet, it also tells me what I can now do about it.
As others have already stated, the book contains ten steps that may be necessary for one to obtain adrenal health. You are not expected to do all ten but to pick and choose those that seem to be most important for you and your body. After accomplishing these, you can then move on to more if needed.
Those with tired adrenals can find their body doing some weird and strange things. For instance, my body greatly over-reacts to anything it deems toxic (antibiotics, for one). For the first time, someone explained why this happens.
This book may not be for everyone as clearly some may not wish to do what is required to achieve health. Perhaps they are not yet sick enough. But for those with various maladies that may defy explaination by the medical establishment, this book is a God-send. My extreme gratitude to the author.

Easy to read, easy to understand

This was exactly what I needed! I was always tired, always dragging and I couldn't figure out what was wrong. This book laid everything out logically and clearly and gave me healthy, natural steps to overcome my problems. The best thing about it is that the solutions it gives are natural. You have nothing to lose by trying them. They will only help you on your way toward getting healthy. The test in the book helps you place where you are in degree of "burn out" and the book is laid out to give you specific steps depending on your level.
An excellent book! A must read for those needing help in nutrition and overall health. I knew nothing about adrenal burnout until I read this book.

About the Author

Anne Perry was born in Blackheath, London in 1938. From an early age, she enjoyed reading and two of her favorite authors were Lewis Carroll and Charles Kingsley. Ah, Brave New Book That Has Such Stories In't!

Kudos, applause, and a standing ovation for Anne Perry and this fantastic book of short stories. There are so many truly unique and amazing stories that it's hard to choose which is best. Some involve actual Shakespearean plots, including two of the funniest: Too Many Cooks, which is a hilarious take on Macbeth from the point of view of the three Weird Sisters, and The Fall of the House of Oldenbourg, which will assure that you never think of Hamlet the same way again. Those Are Pearls That Were His Eyes combines characters from The Tempest with Portia & her husband Bassanio of The Merchant of Venice as the most brilliant and beautiful Doctor of Laws solves a murder with Caliban as the accused. The beautiful Viola (disguised as Caesario disguised as Viola--shades of Victor/Victoria and Shakespeare in Love!) solves the murder of Olivia's brother in A Dish of Poison. Even two of the lesser known plays, Cymbeline and Measure for Measure feature in the stories. Some, like Anne Perry's excellent Ere I Killed Thee, deal with the players who perform these works. The bard himself appears in several of the stories, including Exit, Followed. . .and All the World's a Stage, and his death is investigated in The Serpent's Tooth. And Richard's Children can only be described as chilling. I wish that there had been stories based on Romeo and Juliet, The Taming of the Shrew, and Midsummer's Night's Dream, but perhaps there will be a volume 2. One can only hope. This is a fantastic book for mystery lovers and for Shakespeare lovers, but heaven for those who, like myself, love them both. Buy it, read it, and recommend it to your friends!

Good solid anthology

This is a good anthology of various mysteries, many but not all involving murders. All are somehow related to Shakespeare's plays. Some involve the characters and settings of the plays, some involve actors putting on plays, and so forth.

The anthology is not a brilliant collection of dazzling works but it is very enjoyable and certainly worthy of being re-read. I enjoyed it.

Shakespearean Capers

Much Ado About Murder is a collection of seventeen mystery stories stiched together by the common thread of Shakespeare's plays. All were written especially for this anthology edited by Anne Perry. Some put new twists on characters or plots lifted from the plays while others are about the actors performing the plays or about the Bard himself.
In the former category, Marcia Talley tells a humorous tale starring the three witches from Macbeth. In the title story, Kathy Lynn Emerson transports Beatrice and Benedict from Padua to Bloody Mary's England for an adventure. Lillian Stewart Carl has Twlth Night's Duke Orsini send Viola/Cesario to Olivia's castle as a spy rather than an intermediary. Posing as a kitchen maid, she solves the poisoning of Olivia's brother. The Tempest, Henry V and VI, Hamlet, and Anthony and Cleopatra serve as launch pads for other writers' imaginings.
In the latter category, my favorite is P C Doherty's The Sperpent's Tooth which offers an interesting answer to the puzzle of Shakespeare's death and his epitaph. Also enjoyable is Peter Tremayne's Elizabethan sleuth, Master Hardy Drew, solving the murder of an actor in the first production of Henry V. Perry herself contributes a mystery set in a Victorian production of Othello.
The only story that seems out of place is Richard's Children by Brendan DuBois. It's connection to Richard III is tenuous and the plot belongs with the likes of Robert Ludlum.

The second Sid Halley novel

This is the sequel to "Odds Against," and is the second novel about ex-jockey turned PI Sid Halley. It takes you into the world of racetracks, syndicates owning horses, trainers, and bookmakers. Sid becomes involved in two separate cases of people trying to fix the outcome of races, and corruption involving bookmakers, trainers, jockeys, etc. The racing world wants things handled internally (no police) because of the potential scandal. Not everyone gets officially punished, but Sid can give back as good as he gets, especially when he has a heavy artificial arm to use as a club.

The author is very knowledgable about the subject, and you get a good picture of English racing (flat and steeplechase), horse training, and breeding. It is a very big business.

Sid and his employee Chico do get banged about a bit. People are trying to encourage them to go into another line of work. That can be difficult to do with Sid, who has a reputation for being hard and out to win. He got used to bumps, bruises, and broken bones when he was riding.

There are some additional encounters with his ex-wife, and a side case to help her out of some difficulties. Sid still does care about her.

The first three books in the Sid Halley series, "Odds Against," "Whip Hand," and "Come to Grief," are also available in a combined omnibus edition, "Win, Place, or Show."

Another great by Francis!

In "Whip Hand" Francis returns with a character first introduced in "Odds Against" Sid Halley. Sid and his partner Chico are on yet again more page turning adventures. When a wife of a prominent trainer shows up(at Sid's door) wanting to know why her husbands "cream of the crop" horse's destined to win the races end up coming in last, and then later end up dieing. Also Sid's ex-wife enters the picture which makes for some great tension. A great read from beginning to end. Dick Francis again does what he does best,that is he writes great page turning mysteries. Happy Reading!

Starts slowly, but finishes well

Sid Halley was a top jockey until his hand was damaged beyond repair. When the story begins, he is working as a private investigator specializing in cases related to racing. He receives an unpleasant surprise when his ex father-in-law asks for help tracking down a con man who victimized Sid's ex-wife, Jenny. Jenny hates Sid and is about as rude as she can possibly be even when he's trying to help her. Sid also is asked to look into some suspicious racing syndicates and a trainer's wife asks him to protect a horse she fears is in danger. With the help of his friend Chico, he tries to dig into all of these matters with varying results. Unfortunately, some of the cases turn downright nasty as thugs start looking to dish out beatings and worse as he digs up things better left untouched.

Perhaps because Sid pursues several cases, Whip Hand starts off pretty fragmented and also seems a bit dry. The pace picks up and the story begins to come together in the second half and gets especially tense leading up to the climax. Sid is a sympathetic protagonist as he is tough on the outside but fairly insecure about having a prosthetic hand and some of the threats he receives scare him quite badly. His attempts to deal with that fear are a big part of what make the later stages of the book so compelling.

This was my third Dick Francis book and I must admit that I didn't enjoy it quite as much as the other two. The first third was especially disappointing, but it definitely picked up from there. It's not a bad novel for Dick Francis fans, but I probably would not recommend it to a first time reader. A better choice might be Enquiry which is strong from start to finish.
